The Tianjin Lenovo Innovation Park will form a "One Headquarters, Two Office Zones" structure in conjunction with the Beijing Lenovo headquarters. The "One Headquarters" refers to the Lenovo global business headquarters, while the "Two Office Zones" consist of the Beijing headquarters office zone and the Tianjin Lenovo Innovation Park zone (i.e.,The Lenovo Innovation Park Park).

The Tianjin Lenovo Innovation Park office zone is designed to meet the efficient operation needs of Lenovo's various business departments in terms of planning and layout. It will also embody the company's culture and future image in its exterior appearance. The project will utilize cutting-edge technology and design to create a headquarters office park that showcases Lenovo's technology, humanity, innovation, green initiatives, and comfort. It will serve as a space for urban industrial upgrading and talent aggregation, providing a platform for the city's development.

天津联想创新科技园，将与北京联想总部形成“一总部，两办公区”的形制，“一总部”为联想全球业务总部，“两办公区”一为北京总部办公区，一为天津总部办公区（即天津联想创新科技园）。天津总部办公区，在规划布局上满足联想各业务部⻔高效运转之需求，并在外观上承载企业文化及未来形象。项目将运用前沿科技与设计，打造展现联想科技、人文、创新、绿色、舒适的总部办公园区，为城市提供产业升级、人才聚集的空间载体。
