Pixelated Mountain Cityscape | A Mixed-Use Urban Space for Young Makers

像素化的山城景观｜青年创客为核心的复合城市空间

Chongqing Luyue Jiangcheng · Luyueji is the inaugural phase of the Design Park, a mixed-use urban hub centered around young innovators and dedicated to creative industries like commerce, culture, art, and design. Situated in a quintessential mountainous terrain, the design abstracts Chongqing’s iconic "urban mountainscape" into a pixelated architectural language. The buildings blend into the topography through stepped, pixel-like volumes, creating a terraced silhouette that echoes the city’s natural essence.

重庆麓悦江城·麓悦集是设计公园的首发地块，它是以青年创客为核心，以商业、文化、艺术、设计等创意产业为主的复合城市空间。 本项目是典型的山地地形，本方案试图将重庆山城的“城市模块”意象抽象成像素化的手法运用于本项目，将建筑融入于地貌，通过像素化的 层层退台的体量，形成“像素化”的山地造型，回归山城本质。

The Green Heart Park features a radial, multi-finger planning layout. This design organically connects with both the park and the urban context through multi-level, multi-perspective approaches, effectively channeling pedestrian flow into the project to revitalize the city. As an extension of Green Heart Park, the project embodies a distinctly park-like character. Designed for young innovators, it also carries an artistic and cultural sensibility. The scheme enhances open spatial qualities, creating a landscape-integrated environment that blends culture and design.

绿心公园的规划呈放射式的多指规划特征，本方案通过多层次多角度和绿心公园以及城市进行了有机串联，以达到充分将人流导入项目激活城市的目的。 本项目依附于绿心公园，项目的整体特征呈现出公园感。而设计公园的 受众为年轻创客，所以本项目的气质同时具有一定文艺性。方案强化了开放的空间特征，以地景的形式营造了文化与设计融合的氛围。
