Picturesque and Enchanting | A Progressive Mountain-Water Architectural Space

错落有致,别有洞天|层层递进的山水建筑空间

Located in the Snow Mountain sector of Jinan's Licheng District, at the intersection of Century Avenue and Fengming Road, the project is bordered by Jiangshan Park to the north, Beishan Mountain to the west, Longgu Mountain to the east, and Snow Mountain to the south. The site is traversed by the Hancang River, creating a landscape surrounded by mountains and water. The plot itself is a long, narrow strip measuring 200 meters in length and 55 meters in width.

济南雪山·万科城项目位于济南历城世纪大道和凤鸣路的雪山板块,北邻蒋山公园,西邻北山,东邻龙骨山,南邻雪山,西有韩仓河贯穿整个大区,山水环绕,场地为长200m宽55m宽带状地块。

Originally planned as an east-west commercial street, the design reconfigures the layout to maximize urban accessibility to the central inner street. By twisting the massing at the ends, the entrance space is opened up, expanding the urban facade facing the main pedestrian flow and integrating natural landscapes as the focal point of the city square. The commercial facade on the south side is further fragmented to enhance permeability between the inner street and the urban thoroughfare, with landscaping serving as a mediating element. Leveraging the site's natural south-low-north-high elevation gradient, the design creates a richly layered urban interface. Storefronts along the street are two-story small-scale structures, while residential towers exceeding 80 meters in height stand at the rear. Between them, the elevated inner street forms an intermediate scale, enriching the streetscape with dynamic spatial relationships and a pleasant pedestrian experience.

地块原规划为一条东西向的商业街,为实现中心内街对城市的最大化开放,通过端部的体型扭转敞开了入口空间,放大了面向主要人流来向的城市界面,并自然景观作为城市广场空间的核心。 南侧商业界面打散进一步增强了商业内街与城市街道的渗透性,并再次将景观作为渗透媒介。借助场地本身南低北高的竖向高差关系,设计中营造了层次丰富的城市界面,沿街商业是两层的小体量建筑,后排的住宅为80米以上高层,内街商业在两者之间借助本身场地抬高形成了一个中间层次尺度,让街道层次和空间关系丰富而怡人。”
